This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Hair Care, Hair Styling & Color Products made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds


  • Refunds are considered only for unused, unopened, and resalable items.
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items that are opened, used, damaged, or non-resalable will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Final sale items (clearance, promotional sets, discounted hair color) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Non-Refundable Items


  • Opened hair color, styling products, or hair care items
  • Used or testers
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance products

3. How to Request a Refund


To start a refund request:

  1. Email us at support@redkenoutlet.com
  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for refund
  3. Wait for our return approval and instructions

Do NOT return items without prior confirmation.

4. Return Shipping


  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods, or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Processing Time


Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary by your bank or card provider.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a full refund, replacement, or correction at no cost to you

7. Order Cancellations


Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
